Returns and exchanges are accepted on all full priced items. If you wish to return an item it must be in its original, unwashed state with tags attached and returned with 7 days of arrival.
Refunds on postage only apply to items that are faulty.
All returns and exchanges for International customers are at your cost.
All refunds will be processed via the same method used to pay for an item.
If you wish to exchange an item please return it with the return sheet that is included in the parcel stating which item - style, size and colour you would like to exchange for, as well as with the original receipt.
The original order must be returned before the exchange item is processed and resent.

We take great care when packaging our items for delivery. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact email@example.com for a replacement product. If we are unable to provide a replacement we will issue a full refund immediately.
Sometimes technology lets us down. If the item you just ordered online has just been purchased in store and our system hasn't updated, you will be notified and we will endeavour to find a remedy. We will offer you a solution, refund or store credit.
